love love love. the necklace we ordered is wonderful. Also, my mother in law lost one of the charms. I didn't realize there is a warranty period. we reached out and with in 24 hrs had a response and replacement charm being shipped. they have been nothing but wonderful to work with. highly recommend!

I ordered this for my friends wife. They have endured so much pain and I don't know how anyone could go through everything they have. They are incredible people and deserve better but I hope this is a keepsake that brings them joy. I also have one & as soon as I opened it I thought of them.
