Processing Times

The processing time will vary according to the time of the year & the volume of orders coming in at that time.
This is the time it takes from when you order to when it goes into the mail. USPS shipping times are in addition to my processing time.

You have the choice during checkout to select your preferred mailing time. Most common is USPS First Class which typically takes 3-5 business days and USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 1-3 business days. USPS does not guarantee their delivery time with first class or priority.

I do include tracking with your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once I print your shipping label.

 

When will I receive my package?

Domestic:
US Shipping Time:

Standard First Class: 2-7 days for delivery but can be up to 10 business days.(Not guaranteed)**
Priority: 2-3 Bus Days
Expedited: 1-2 Bus Days depending on your location

International:

Standard: 2-5 Weeks (Not guaranteed)**

If you do not include the right info or personalization, if applicable, when checking out, it will delay shipment times.

Please upgrade to Priority or Expedited shipping if you are needing your item within a certain time frame. These methods are much more reliable.

 

Custom Orders

Most all of my orders are custom orders. On each listing page you can enter all information in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart. (There is also a "Notes" section you can put additional information if needed during checkout.) Please include your EXACT personalization including, names, dates, capitalization, and punctuation. If I have any questions I do contact you via Etsy message, so please be sure to use a valid email. If I cannot reach you after 48hrs I will create the piece exactly how it is in the "Notes" section. So, please be sure all spelling and dates are correct.

 

Can the back be personalized?

Please contact us for information about personalizing the back of each jewelry piece. We have some pieces that can be personalized on the back and some that cannot.

 

Return Information

All personalized pieces are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that we have made something incorrectly, please contact us and a replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the original item. (In some cases I can go ahead and ship the new piece.) All shipping is non-refundable.

Stainless Steel Jewelry Care Instructions

Stainless steel pieces:

Stainless steel is a very strong and beautiful metal that will never rust or tarnish. Pieces should be worn in a way that will minimize contact with other jewelry and abrasive surfaces to avoid scratching.

If your jewelry piece includes a sterling silver plated birthstone crystal, it should be stored in a small ziplock bag away from high humidity areas such s the bathroom. Doing so will prevent the rim around the stones from tarnishing. If it does tarnish, polish with a soft cloth.

The best thing we have found to clean the stainless steel pieces is a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

Your piece is water resistant, but not waterproof, do not wear while showering, swimming or bathing.

 

How do I care for silverware jewelry?

Silver stays shiniest when worn often. Keep in a sealed plastic bag when not worn. Occasionally buff with a silver polishing cloth. The magnetic clasp should not get wet. Stainless steel components will not tarnish or change color.

 

Warranty Period

All components of your jewelry are under warranty for 45 days from the date of purchase. If a jump rings loosen, crystals or other components are lost, or chains break from normal wear and tear during this timeline, they will be replaced free of charge. After the 45 day warranty period, there will be a minimal fee to replace broken/loosened components. Pieces sent back for repair will be inspected, polished and all components checked and tightened before being returned.

 

International Shipping and Custom Fees

International Customers - Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility and are paid by you to your customs department. I have no way of collecting this tax or have anything to do with this tax, as it is solely based on your Country and Customs. I mark all my packages as merchandise and put the invoiced value on them.

UK customers Please be aware, the import threshold is low for your country and they do regularly charge this fee on packages.

Refunds will not be given if packages are not called for or refused because of import taxes being levied.
