Refund policy

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your non-personalized purchase, you may notify us and ask for a return within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, in gift box and unused. The price of the item will be refunded when we have received it in its original condition but shipping cost will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be refunded. In the event that we have made something incorrectly, please contact us and a replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the original item. (In some cases I can go ahead and ship the new piece.
